Smile, it’s good for you.

Hey guys! Happy October. I really wish this month was longer. Seriously. I love Halloween and all things spooky. Anyway, you’re probably wondering what that has to do with the photo above, and in all honesty, nothing. I just love talking about October.

On October 1st, my closest friends and I went to Oakland and got piercings! The piercing I chose (above) is called a Smiley. I love it so much. I think it suits my face and it makes me feel more like me. It’s like finding myself all over again because I’m slowly becoming this person that I’ve always needed to be. Anyway, less about self becoming and more about how amazing this piercing is. :)

Since you’re going to ask, no, it didn’t hurt. In fact, I barely even felt it go in. It’s that little skin flap that attaches your top lip to your gum that was pierced. Which makes me think it didn’t hurt because it’s such a small layer of skin.

On another note, my big surprise is still in the making. I had a big setback about a week ago, but it’s all sorted out and stuff (even though I still kinda had to start over). ): So, get ready for that.

Congrats on the new piercing…even though it looks really painful and the name makes me smile. :) I wonder if it would hurt more if you had a smaller flap of skin? But I’m just not into pain of any sort. :P

Thanks! Really, I can assure you, it didn’t hurt! Honestly, it hurt for like a couple days afterwards, and brushing my teeth was kinda difficult, but now I don’t even feel it. I forget that it’s even there. haha

hm, I think if the flap of skin is too small then they can refuse to pierce it since it won’t be the way it should be. I was going to get the flap of skin underneath my tongue done but I unfortunately didn’t have enough skin there, so that is why I went with the smiley. :)

      Thanks for your comment, Jessica.

Congrats on your new piercing… although it looks like it would hurt I can’t imagine it would be excruciating pain. I have a pretty good pain tolerance when it comes to tattoos and piercings so I’m sure it was a breeze. It looks good on you from the picture :)

Kelly blue book is always 10%+ higher than actual value.A used car is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If you signed over the title, it’s a done delweOtherais., you can still negotiate. Not sure why anyone would allow someone else possession of a vehicle before the transaction took place. That one is on you.

I attempted to make cake balls with my mom for Halloween last year. It was a disaster. She burned the dipping chocolate, then we couldn’t get it runny enough to dip in the cake balls. And for some reason the strawberry cake balls had a terrible artificial flavor. It was a sad cake loss.
